Established in 1991, Athmadarsan Yogadama is a center for yoga training and health care located at Thiruvananthapuram. The center is located close to the international airport, railway station, and bus station. It gives importance to theoretical as well as practical aspects of yoga science.
Mostly the classes are conducted in small groups, but the health counseling is being done on a one to one basis. Two months yoga teachers' training is also conducted. The meditation sessions are conducted with the guidance and blessings of Guruji Yogacharya Sri Devadas.
