Accomodations include 7 single room cottages, 4 deluxe A/C cottages and a Royal Cottage. Theses cottages are built in traditional style architecture and have modern amenities. The resort has a traditional 'arayum nirayum', a block completely built of wood, with 4 single room accommodations.

Under the supervision of experienced doctors, Athreya offers ayurvedic treatments for chronic ailments. Kalaripayattu, yoga and meditation classes are also conducted. Authentic Kerala style cuisines, based on Ayurvedic ingredients, are served at the exotic restaurant. Traditional art forms such as Kathakali and Mohiniyattam are conducted at the open theater.
