Athpula Bridge




Athpula, a stone bridge with eight piers is near the entrance to Lodi Garden on south end road, Delhi. It was built in the 16th century by Nawab Bahadur (a noble man in Akbar’s court). This ornamental bridge is used to enter the garden from the north-east. Tomb of Sikander Lodi lies to its west.

The nearest railhead is New Delhi Railway Station and the nearest airfield is Indira Gandhi International Airport.
