Asind

Asind is a town in Bhilwara District. It boasts an 800 year old Hindu temple which attracts pilgrims from different parts of the country. The Badnor Fort on the Asind-Beawar road is another attraction.

Asind lies 400 km south-west of Delhi and 55 km from Bhilwara. The place is well connected by road and rail to Ajmer, Jaipur and Delhi. The famous shrine of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Hassan Chishty in Ajmer is only 2 hrs drive from Asind.
