Ashapuri Maa Temple is an old shrine situated at Omkareshwar in the Khandwa District of Madhya Pradesh. The temple is dedicated to Ashapuri Maa - the family deity of the local tribes and the rulers. The word 'Ashapuri' means 'she who fulfils all desires'. A statue of Jaya Shri Dadaji is also present in the temple.
