Tenughat Bird Sanctuary, Bokaro City Park, Tenughat Dam and Rajrappa Waterfalls are the interesting tourist destinations. The state capital Ranchi, around 85 km south-west of Bermo, can be accessed from here. The Damodar River flows close to this place.
Ranchi Airport and Bermo Railway Station are the nearest major airport and railway station respectively. Asansal is well connected by road with Bokaro.
