Arunodaya Mano Vikasa Kendram, run by the Association for the Welfare and Comprehensive Rural Development (AWARD), a devoted voluntary organization, is working primarily at
Bhimavaram.
Special thrust is given to the mentally retarded children who belong to very poor families. Along with support, love and encouragement, Arunodaya Mano Vikasa Kendram offers special education and vocational training to hundreds of mentally retarded children.
They also conducted pulse polio programs, family counseling and nutrition services, awareness creation programs and medical camps.
