Arubathimoovar Festival

Arubathimoovar is celebrated in honor of the 63 saints of Lord Shiva. At Kapaleeswarar Temple in Mylapore, there are bronze figures of these 63 saints. They are taken out in a procession through the streets of Mylapore once in every year.
