Situated at Libing, New Cantt, Army School was established in 1975. Run by an experienced Principal, teachers and army officers, it aims at giving quality education to the children of the army personnel posted in
Sikkim. Admission is open to civilian children too. With more than 550 students, the school has classes up to the 10th standard. It is affiliated to the CBSE and is a member of the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES),
New Delhi. Besides normal studies, Army School provides opportunity for extra curricular activities.
