Ariselu




Ariselu is a sweet delicacy of Andhra Pradesh. Rice, ghee, jaggery, sesame seeds and cardamom powder are used in the preparation of Ariselu. The procedure for making this sweet dish is slightly elaborate and time-consuming. This dish is made during festive occasion of Makara Sankranti and marriages.
