Aravukad Sreedevi Temple

Aravukad Sreedevi Temple is a highly revered shrine located at Punnappra in Alappuzha District. It is dedicated to Bhadrakali, the most powerful deity in the Hindu pantheon. The temple also worships Lord Ganesh, Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu and Lord Muruga.

The main offerings are abhishekam, archana, nivedyam and pushpanjali. An annual eight day festival held in Meenam (March-April) is a major draw. Mandala Mahothsavam, Ayilyam Puja, Shivratri and Navratri are other festivals celebrated here.
