Arakhera

Arakhera is a small town in the Khandwa District of Madhya Pradesh, about 23 km south of Asapur. Khandwa, the headquarters town, is around 43 km to the east.

Sukta Dam, Asirgarh Fort, Ghantaghar, Omkareshwar, Bhimkund Springs, Punasa Dam and Mandhata Hill are some interesting spots in the neighborhood.

Devi Ahilya Bai Holeker Airport and Nepanagar Railway Station serve the town.
