Aqilwala

Aqilwala is a town situated near the international border of India and Pakistan in the desert state of Rajasthan, in Jaisalmer District. It is also near the district�s border with Bikaner District. The nearest towns are Bharewala and Jaluwala, located within a distance of 12 km. The towns - Rukanwala, Bijnot and Chinnu are easily accessible from here. The prime places of tourist interest are Patwon-ki-Haveli, Jaisalmer Fort, Gadsisar Lake, Tazia Tower and Sonar Quila. Jaisalmer Airport and Jaisalmer Railway Station serve Aqilwala.
