Appannapalle/Appanapalli Village is a small remote village of East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. The village is situated on the banks of Vynateya/Vainetha River.

The village got its name after a rishi named Appana who did penance for the well-being of the world. In olden days it was usual for well educated Brahmins to spend their time performing sacrifices and other religious rituals as ordained in the Vedas. Surrounded by lush green paddy fields, coconut gardens, mango and jackfruit trees, Appannapalle village is an ideal place for a visit. It is also famous for the Bala Balaji Swamy Temple, considered to be the second Tirupati of Konaseema.

Appannapalle Village is located at a distance of 70 km from Kakinada, 85 km from Rajahmundry and 35 km from Amalapuram. Narsapuram Railway Station and Rajahmundry Railway Station are the nearest railway stations.
