Apani Dhani Eco-Bungalows




Eco-Bungalows at Nawalgarh in Rajasthan, referred as Apani Dhani, offer excellent accommodation in traditionally designed huts. The roofs of the huts are thatched with Pampas grass, and the walls are made of sun dried clay bricks, mud plaster, and ochre, offering a traditional style of living. All the rooms are beautifully decorated with local handicrafts and have all bathroom facilities. All bungalows use solar panels for electricity.

Apani Dhani is surrounded by one hectare of agriculture land, where wheat, millet, lentils and different types of seasonal vegetables are grown. Neither chemical fertilizers nor pesticides are used.

Solar water heating system, solar oven and low energy consumption bulbs are used here.

The guests are served with fresh meals in complete Indian style. The food served is organic. As a daily practice, Yoga and Naturopathy classes are organized.

Tailor made tours are arranged according to the guests' requirements and convenience. Nearest airports are Indira Gandhi International airport at New Delhi (275 km) and Jaipur Sanganer airport (145 km). Direct buses are available from Jaipur to Nawalgarh. Nawalgarh railway station, 1 km from Apani Dhani, serves this area.
