Annapurna Temple




Annapurna Temple is situated at Indore in Madhya Pradesh. It was built to resemble Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple of Madurai. The main gate of this temple is decorated with four statues of big elephants in plaster of paris. The outer wall of the main temple is adorned with colorful motifs from mythological stories. Other deities worshiped in this temple include Shiva, Bhairav and Hanuman. The temple also houses a pravachan hall.
