Anjarle

A tourist place



Anjarle is a famous place in Ratnagiri District, in Maharashtra. Located close to Nasik, the main attraction of the place is the Anjarle Fort. On the sea shore of Anjarle village, a beautiful temple called 'Ganapati of Kadyawar' is located. This temple was built in the Madhavrao Peshve period. The temple has 250 steps and a lake in front of it. The temple has many pillars, a dome and a big hall which boasts a beautiful fountain. Large number of tourists visit this temple. Anjarle is also renowned for its marvelous beaches.
