Amritsari Fish

Amritsari Fish is a popular dish from Amritsar. Cooked in Amritsari style, Amritsari Fish is an all time favorite preparation of fish in a ginger and garlic sauce flavored with exotic herbs and spices. The fish is dipped in a batter of ajwain-flavored gram flour, and deep fried in mustard oil. It makes an excellent snack at tea-time.
