Amlakhurd

Amlakhurd is a small town situated in the south-eastern part of Burhanpur District in Madhya Pradesh. It is located on the bank of Tapti River, about 7 km north of Raitalai and about 45 km north-east of Burhanpur. Historical gurdwara at Burhanpur, Royal Hammam, Ahukhana Monument, Ichchha Devi Temple, Asirgarh Fort and Omkareshwar are some of the nearby tourist spots. The closest airport is Devi Ahilya Bai Holeker Airport and Amlakhurd Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
