Ambikavan is a sacred place on the northern outskirts of
Mathura,
Uttar Pradesh.
This place is believed to have been blessed with the presence of Lord Krishna and Nanda Maharaja. Folklore has it that Ambikavan is the place where Lord Krishna saved Nanda from a huge serpent. Yamuna River flows nearby.
