Ambajit

Ambajit is a small village in Hazaribagh District of Jharkhand, lying midway between Barkagaon and Hazaribagh. Nearby places such as Morangi, Sarabh, Huang, Gorsula, Religara, Ango and Keredari are easily accessible from here. The state capital Ranchi is another significant place within easy access.

Patratu, a tribal area, about 40 km to the north of Ranchi, is an interesting destination. Jaivik Udyan Zoological Park is a place to visit. The Patratu Thermal Power Plant is another significant landmark.

Ambajit is easily accessible by local buses and taxies from Mandu. Hazaribagh Road Railway Station is the nearest major railway station. Ranchi Airport serves this area.
