Aloo Methi




Aloo Methi is a dry curry of diced potatoes flavored with methi (fenugreek). This typical Punjabi recipe is simple to make. The bitter flavor of fenugreek leaves dominates this dish. The use of mustard oil and other herbs and spices add extra flavor to this dish. The tangy Aloo Methi goes well with warm Indian breads.
