Aligarhi Aloo

Aligarhi Aloo is a regional specialty of Aligarh. This dish is made from boiled, peeled and cut potatoes of medium size. This potato dish is blended with tomato paste, asfoetida, coriander powder, paprika , ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, and cumin powder. This dish goes well with Tandoori Naan or any other Indian breads.
