Ale

Ale is located at the outskirts of Pimpalvandi, about 16 km north-east of Narayangaon, in Pune District. The place is very near to the district’s border with Ahmednagar District - Bota in Ahmednagar is just 8 km from Ale. Pune, the district headquarters, is 90 km south.

The world's most powerful meter wave radio telescope situated at Khodad, Khodad Fort and Ozar Vigneshwara Temple are some places of interest around. Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary is within easy access from Ale.
