Alattur

Alattur is situated to the east of Tindivanam in Viluppuram District. This place is bounded by Ongur in the north-west, Chunampettai in the north, Marakanam in the east and Kiliyanur in the south.

Marakanam Beach is around 10 km from Alattur. Another attraction nearby is Kaliveli Lake, which is a paradise for bird watchers.
