Ahiwant Hill lies to the east of Achala Peak, in the Sahyadris. It is a giant hill and has a long plateau atop. The highlight here is a fort with ample water-supply. A ruined store-house built of stone and mortar can also be seen.

The spot is easily accessible from Pimpri and Vani villages.
