Ahar Mahavira Temple




Ahar Mahavir Temple, built in the 15th century, is a beautiful shrine situated at Ahar in Udaipur District of Rajasthan. Ahar is located 2 km away from Udaipur.

Built in contemporary with the Nagda Temples, the Mahavir Temple is crowned with a minute tower that clusters around the central shafts. This temple resembles the Ambika temple at Jagat in architecture and design.
