A special treatment in
ayurveda, Agni Karma is an application of heat to a diseased part with the help of a metal rod. In this treatment, the spots are selected according to the ayurvedic acupuncture points or viddha Chikitsa.
Agni Karma is ideal for curing ailments such as sprains, heel pain, headaches, sciatica and arthritis. It is usually done for 2 to 3 minutes.
