Adoor Bus Station is on State Highway 1 (Main Central Road.) State highways Kayamkulam-Pathanapuram Highway and Adoor-Sasthamkotta road meet at Adoor. Regular buses ply from Adoor to Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Kollam and Ernakulam. Short distance services are also available to nearby places. The station operates super fast, fast passenger and ordinary buses.
