Adityapuram

Adityapuram Village is located in Palakkad District of Kerala and is on the outskirts of Palakkad town. The village derived its name from the temple situated here, which is dedicated to Aditya (sun).

The main attraction of the place is the Aditya Temple that faces east. A big tank covers an area of about one acre is on the eastern side of the village. Sri Gopalakrishna Swamy Temple and Mangala Vinayagar temple are other nearby places of worship.

Adityapuram is about 1 km from the Palakkad Bus Station.
