AID India , a charitable organization established in 1992, is located at
Tuticorin District in
Tamil Nadu. It works for the welfare of the rural women, children, and people with special needs by programs centered on education, awareness, and the promotion of social and economic development. The organization also conducts training on health, education, social development, economic development, human rights and income generation methods. At present, AID India is planning to start a resource center for people with disabilities.
