Panaji, A Pilgrimage of the Heart is a museum adjacent to the popular church,
Basilica of Bom Jesus at
Old Goa. The Light and Sound Gallery, a beautiful piece of work, is in this museum. The museum tells the story of St Francis Xavier, Fr Joseph Vaz and Lord Jesus Christ. It also displays the most important moments in their lives. The story is depicted by the co-ordination of sound and light in the background. The museum uses the latest technology along with the art of music, painting, architecture, sculpture and film to make it an unique work.
Working Hours:
9 00 to 16 00 hrs on all days except Mondays. The entry is allowed only in groups and a reasonable entrance fee is charged.
