Mithila Express




Mithila Express runs between Howrah Railway Station in West Bengal and Raxaul Junction Railway Station in Bihar. (Mithila is the name of a region in North India. It is also called Mythili.) The train operates daily and covers a distance of 693 km. Second A/C, third A/C and sleeper class coaches are available. Main towns on the way are Sagauli, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Jhajha, Jasidih, Madhupur, Asansol, Durgapur and Bandel.

Train number 3021: Howrah to Raxaul, leaves Howrah at 16:00 hrs.
Train number 3022: Raxaul to Howrah, leaves Raxaul at 10:20 hrs.
