Lalgarh

Lalgarh is a town located near the banks of Kangsabati River (Kasai River), in Midnapore District, West Bengal. Jhargram is 17 km south of Lalgarh. Nearby towns include Binpur to the west, Ramgarh to the north, Pirakata to the east and Dahijuri to the south. Jungle Mahal, Jhargram Deer Park, Jhargram Palace and Savitri Devi Temple are the major attractions around. Jhargram Railway Station is the nearest main railway station.
