Muni Kunda is a cold water spring situated at Shain village, about 6 km to the north east of
Bolpur. It is supposed to be at the site of the
ashram of Sage
Rishyasringa. A large mela is observed here on the day of Uttarayan Sankranti.
The nearest railhead is at Bolpur.
