Malbazar is an important tourist spot in the north-west of Dooars, a beautiful valley in
Jalpaiguri District of
West Bengal. This scenic place is easily accessible as the
National Highway 31 cuts through the place. Surrounded by lush green tea gardens, Malabar is about 60 km from
Siliguri.
The prime attractions are Mal Park and Kumlai, a famous picnic spot. From this place the tourists can easily visit the important tourist destination of eastern Dooars. Gorumara National Park, Chapramari Wild Life Sanctuary, Samsing and Suntalekhola are the famous tourist spots nearby.

By road, Malbazar is connected with Jalpaiguri, Siliguri, Coochbehar, Alipurduar and Phuntsolling. New Jalpaiguri Junction Railway Station serves the place. Civil Enclave Bagdogra is the nearest airport, 16 km from Siliguri.
