Phagu

Phagu, also called as Sombari Hat and Fagu, in Darjeeling District is situated very close to Gorubathan in West Bengal. Siliguri, the sub-divisional town of the district, lies about 40 km to its south-west. Chalsa (11 km) and Matiali (12 km) to the east and Dam Dim (10 km) to the south are the nearby towns. Places of tourist interest in and around the town include Rishop, Pedong, Lava, Jaldhaka, Lolegaon and Fagu tea estate (22 km from Dam Dim Railway Station). Airport close to the town is Civil Enclave Bagdogra. Siliguri Junction Railway Station and New Jalpaiguri Railway Station are the main railway stations.
