Berachampa is a small bustling town in North 24 Parganas District of West Bengal. It is located about 25 km off Barasat and 35 km northeast of Kolkata. This town is archeologically important for a site, Baraha-Mihirer Dhipi, which has some Gupta period temples. Nearby important attractions include Kochua (3 km) and Chandraketugarh.
