Achna

Achna is located in South 24 Parganas District and is around 4 km towards the east of Lakshmikantapur. Sutabecha (3 km to the west), Ballabhpur (2 km to the north) and Ghateswar (3 km to the south) are the neighboring towns.

Kulpi, Jatar Deul, Sharisha Ramkrishna Mission Ashram - a popular spot for pilgrims – are familiar destinations situated in close proximity.

Diamond Harbour-an ideal spot for picnickers- is also nearby. Ruins of an old fort and the old lighthouse are other attractions of Diamond Harbour.
