Sonpara Pass, situated at a height of about 3953 m, is in Uttarkashi District of Uttaranchal. It is one among the two beautiful passes in the
Garhwal Himalayas. The pass is 4 km to the east of Dodi Tal. There is a magnificent view of the Bandarpunch Mountain range from the top of the pass. On the way from Sonpara Pass to Hanuman Chatti is the famous Yamunotri Temple.
