Gurukul Kangri Archaeological Museum, established in 1945, is situated at
Haridwar, in
Uttaranchal. The museum exhibits a rich collection of ancient sculptures, terracottas, coins, manuscripts, paintings and other prehistoric exhibits. It also houses an excellent library. Informational film shows and lectures are conducted occasionally.
Gurukul Kangri Archaeological Museum is open from 10:00 to 17:00 hrs on all days except Sundays and public holidays.
