Ghangharia

Ghangharia, a small town situated in the midst of pine forest, is the base to trek to Hemkund and Valley of Flowers. It is here that Pushpawati River merges with Hemganga and the river is then called Lakshman Ganga. Ghangharia is the last village on the route to the Valley of Flowers. A tourist lodge and a Gurdwara offer accommodation to the tourists.
