The Folk Culture Museum is a private institution run by Lok Sanskriti Sangrahalaya in
Bhimtal of
Nainital District. All information related to the rock art and districts of
Uttaranchal are available. The collection includes a substantial number of folk paintings, ancient wooden artifacts, archeological materials, and photographs of rock art. Ancient manuscripts, images of gods and goddesses, and agricultural implements and costumes are the other exhibits. The museum is open from 10 00 hrs to 17 00 hrs and is closed during the months from July to September.
