Flag Hill




Flag Hill is situated one km from Mussoorie, in Dehradun District. Tibetan Buddhists hang prayer flags here. It is said that by hanging flags God will find them. The trek to the hilltop starts from behind the Woodstock School. There is a small spring located on the trek route. The hill is surrounded by forests of oak, pine and deodar. Flag Hill offers spectacular views of Nag Tibba, Jabarkhet and snow-clad peaks. Aglar River flows close by. Nearby interesting destinations are Hardy Falls, Bhatta Fall, Witches Hill and Lal Tibba.

The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport and the nearest railway station is at Dehradun.
