Sita Sej is a small cave found beneath the Bara Darwaza, a gateway that leads to the
Kalinjar Fort in
Banda District. The cave has a stone bed and pillow, dating back to the fourth century. Kalinjar's earliest inscriptions are seen in this cave.
Kalinjar is about 62 km from Banda and 78 km from Chitrakut.
