Nighasan

Nighasan is a taluk headquarters, situated in Kheri District of Uttar Pradesh. Located on the Lakhimpur-Dudwa route, Nighasan is about 6 km west of Rakehti, 10 km south of Singahi and 14 km north of Dulhi.

Surat Bhawan Palace, Dudhwa National Park and Frog Temple at Oyal are major excursion destinations.

Nighasan is accessible by road from Lucknow, Shahjahanpur and Bareilly. Lakhimpur Railway Station and Amausi Airport are the nearest railway station and airport. Accommodations are available at Palia and Lakhimpur.
