Narasimhadeva Temple




Narasimhadeva Temple, one of the ancient temples in Mathura District, is located at the bottom of a hill in Nandgaon. The temple is about 50 km north-west of Vrindavan.

Devotees believe that Nanda Gopan, foster father of Lord Krishna, worshipped the chief deities of Narasimha and Varaha here. A large number of devotees visit this temple daily. A lake known as Pavana Sarovar flows through nearby. The famous Nandagram Temple is a nearby attraction.
