Kampilpur, the ancient capital of King Drupad, is a village located about 40 km from Farrukhabad. Associated with Shri Neminath, the 22nd tirthankar, Kampilpur is a famous Jain site. Shri Kampilaji Teerth is one of the renowned Jain shrines located at Kampilpur. Every year on the 6th day of Poush Shukla, a big fair is held here which is attended by thousands from far and near. Sankisa Boudh Teerth is a major Jain temple at 30 km from Kampilpur. By road, Agra is at 165 km and Kanpur is 170 km from Kampilpur. Kayamganj Railway Station is accessible within 10 km range.
