Dhampur

Dhampur is a small town located in Bijnor District. It is the headquarters of the taluk of that name. Dhampur is about 200 km north-east of New Delhi. National Highways connecting Haridwar with Bareilly and Bijnor with Dehradun and Nainital pass through this town.

Dhampur has a railway station. Direct bus services are available from Dhampur to the nearby towns of Tajpur, Nihtaur, Nagina and Afzalpur.
