Brahmanda Ghata




Brahmanda Ghata is a pilgrim spot situated close to Gokula, about 8 km away from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. This place is associated with Lord Krishna and Yasoda. It is believed that Brahmanda Ghata is the place where Lord Krishna revealed the entire cosmic form to his mother Yasoda. There is a temple, Mrittika Bihari Temple, dedicated to Krishna. Little round mud balls constitute the main prasad of this temple. The Yamuna River flows through this place. Cintaharan Shiva Temple is the major attraction nearby.
